This state-of-the-art system provides eMail, Calendar and Contacts management using Microsoft Outlook 2007 which is supplied free of charge. Optionally users may access their accounts from any location that has Internet access using the browser based-interface. Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus protection is included as is an administrative panel which allows system administrators to make required changes easily. Your data will be safe and secure based on our hardware redundancies and regular backups.
In addition, FSI has partnered with the Zix Corporation to offer a policy-based email encryption appliance for enterprise-wide regulatory compliance. It provides company-wide security, content encrypting and management of outbound corporate email. Email encryption ensures secure electronic delivery all of your and your customer's data. Increasingly endorsed by the financial community, encryption ensure that when you email personal information, account numbers, credit card numbers and other sensitive data, it will be automatically encrypted. Email encryption is endorsed by the FFIEC, OTS, OCC, and over 20 state banking regulators.
With email encryption, your bank will be able to send and receive secure encrypted email automatically and transparently. You will have the ability to customize the parameters; for example, profanity filtering and address filtering (blocking specific users or domains). It is a seamless integration with your current email system.
