This class covers a wide range of information relative to the new customer information file. The class consists of a detailed description of SuperCIF and all the new routines that it includes. Each routine is discussed in length and demonstrations are done for each.

A brief discussion of Bank Standards (SAGL records, etc.) is included. Also includes use of Bank Marketing tools. No processing is included.

Prerequisite is system knowledge on BankNet (DOS version).
