Cmail is FSI's easy to set up and use browser-based messaging system. All that’s needed is an Internet browser such as Internet Explorer™ or Netscape Navigator™. Not even an Internet connection is needed to use Cmail; all messages travel over the same phone lines that the bank uses to communicate with FSI. This makes Cmail both fast and secure. With Cmail, you can send and receive messages within your bank, and send to and receive email from FSI and other FSI clients. Cmail is also used by FSI to distribute announcements of system enhancements. Using Cmail for sending documents will satisfy requests for instructional material and research documents, and you will be able to send your FSI contacts requests and more securely than by fax or courier.
