FSI delivers a General Ledger module that’s so powerful, yet so easy to use.

PC General Ledger is a PC/server-based system that uses the Windows™ interface to integrate its full-featured bank accounting with FSI's BankNet. PC General Ledger has many features designed to make banking as easy as possible, from the initial sign-on to transaction processing, posting, maintenance, proofing, and reporting.

  • Account Transfer Processing: transfer account activity from one to another.
  • Account Opened in Error Removal.
  • Multiple Bank Processing: maintain separate general ledgers for parent bank and holding or subsidiary companies.
  • Bank Calendar: select five- or six-day workweek and bank-specific holidays.
  • Closed Month Reopening: reopen a closed month to correct entries or post additional entries.
  • Cost Center Allocation: post activity to accounts by cost center allocations.
  • Account Transfer Cross-Reference: transfer activity from one account to another.
  • Reporting for daily proof, management, auditors, board of directors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Graphical package enables charting of account activity for management or the board.
  • Template Processing: process recurring entries daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually, without the need for time-intensive re-keying.
  • Budgeting: use last year's budget or last year's actual balances with or without a growth percent, populating the budget grid with the calculations for either one whole year or the first or second halves.
