FSI ADDS NEW CLIENTS

Provides community-based de novo banks with technology and systems to optimize customer service and operating efficiency.

GLEN ROCK, N.J., July, 2006 – Financial Services, Inc. (FSI), a leading provider of quality data processing, item processing and internet services to financial institutions, has added three new clients to its growing roster of customers, it was announced by Patrick ‘P.J.’ Schunke, FSI Senior Vice President. The two new, independent commercial banks are the Bank of New Jersey, Fort Lee, NJ; and Saddle River Valley Bank, Saddle River, NJ.

The third bank, Cape Savings Bank, opened for business in 1928. The Bank's total assets are approximately $550 million dollars. The bank's main office and headquarters is located in Cape May Court House, NJ ; it operates 13 branch offices and has assets totaling approximately $550 million.

Cape Savings Bank signed a four-year contract with FSI for IP services, including inclearing returns, statement rendering, and transit services. The bank will also be participating in image exchange and eventually remote capture.

In making the announcement, Mr. Schunke noted that the two de novo banks were created by local community and business leaders to provide the kind of personalized service and fast, home-based decision-making that larger regional banks just can’t deliver.

“In both cases, these banks needed specific systems and technology that would not only allow them to tailor their products and services to their respective communities, but to streamline their ‘back room’ operations to offer the utmost in efficiency and security, as well. FSI is pleased to welcome the Bank of New Jersey and Saddle River Valley Bank as members of the FSI client family.”

According to Diane Spinner, Bank of New Jersey Executive Vice President, “from opening day, we wanted to be able to provide customers with the latest technology and efficiencies when accessing their accounts. FSI has allowed us to accomplish this, thanks to their extensive knowledge and their understanding of what systems would work to answer our specific needs. Their professionalism and sense of urgency was evident throughout the entire process of opening the bank.”

“We expect to hit the ground running when we open within the next few weeks,” said Saddle River Valley Bank President and CEO Laurence Haggerty. “Having partnered before with FSI during my tenure at Towne Center Bank, I know I can count on them to deliver cutting edge technology, the solutions we need, and easily accessible customer support. They have exceeded our expectations on all counts, and we look forward to a partnership for many years to come.”
