FSI SIGNS LONG TERM CONTRACTS WITH REGAL BANK AND PARKE BANK |
| GLEN ROCK, NJ, January 2008 – Financial Services, Inc. (FSI), a leading provider of quality data processing, item processing and Internet services to financial institutions, recently signed long-term contracts with Regal Bank in Livingston, N.J., and Parke Bank in Sewell, N.J. They are just two of several clients FSI has signed on during 2007. Regal Bank, a de novo institution, signed a contract to utilize all of FSI’s processing and web-based services. Parke Bank signed a long-term contract for item processing services and holds $414 million in assets.
