FSI SIGNS UP TWO MORE BANKS FOR ITS DIRECTOR ACCESS PORTAL

AUGUST, 2008 - GLEN ROCK, NJ – Financial Services, Inc. (FSI), a leading provider of quality data processing, item processing, and Internet services to financial institutions, recently signed Oritani Savings Bank, based in Washington Township, New Jersey and Hastings City Bank based in Hastings, Michigan, for its Director Access board portal powered by CoreShare™.

The Oritani Savings Bank first opened for business in 1886 and has been a customer of FSI for over twenty years. The Bank has 18 branches in Bergen, Hudson and Passaic counties in New Jersey and holds $1.4 billion in assets.

The Hastings City Bank in addition to its headquarters in Hastings, Michigan, has locations in Bellevue, Caledonia, Middleville, Nashville and Wayland, Michigan and has $245.2 million in assets.

Director Access provides a secure online portal for globe-trotting board members and hard-to-reach executives to conveniently access time-sensitive documents and proprietary information quickly and easily. Director Access also tracks and archives user information, providing an audit trail in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley act and other regulatory requirements.
