| MARCH, 2009 - GLEN ROCK, NJ – Financial Services, Inc. (FSI), a leading provider of quality data processing, item processing, and Internet services to financial institutions, recently signed a long-term contract to provide production and mailing of checking and other account statements for Scott Valley Bank in Yreka, California. Founded in 1858, during the California “gold rush” by successful banker, businessman, insurance agent and investor, A.B. Carlock, Scott Valley Bank is California’s oldest independent bank. With assets of $392 million, Scott Valley Bank is headquartered in Yreka, and has 11 additional branches in Santa Clara, Oakland, Walnut Creek, Redding, Shingletown, Weaverville, Mount Shasta, Weed, Fort Jones, Etna, and Happy Camp, all in California, and one branch in Medford, Oregon. “Since the majority of our banks are based in the Northeast, I’m especially excited about adding Scott Valley Bank to our growing roster of West Coast clients,” said Patrick “P.J.” Schunke, President of FSI. “It’s most gratifying that another bank located as far west as California, has put its trust in FSI.
