FSI SIGNS NEW JERSEY BANKERS ASSOCIATION FOR DIRECTOR ACCESS BOARD PORTAL

GLEN ROCK, NJ – Financial Services, Inc. (FSI), a leading provider of quality data processing, item processing, and Internet services to financial institutions, recently signed up the New Jersey Bankers Association for its Director Access board portal powered by CoreShare™.

Director Access provides a secure, convenient online portal for busy board members and executives to access confidential documents and time-sensitive information any time, anywhere. Director Access also tracks and archives user information, providing an audit trail in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley act and other regulatory requirements.

“Although the NJ Bankers Association is an organization dedicated to bankers, they are not a bank. And one of the distinct advantages of the Director Access portal is that any type of business with a board of directors can utilize it. It is a product with significant benefits that easily crosses over into many other industries,” says P.J. Schunke, President of FSI.
Founded over 100 years ago, the New Jersey Bankers Association (NJBankers) is a trade association representing 124 banks and more than 210 service providers in the state of New Jersey. NJBankers provides a variety of services to members, including government relations, education and professional development, an employee benefits program and community development services.

Robert Ahrens, Chairman of NJBankers and President and CEO of GCF Bank, commented, “I found the product very easy to use after the initial set up procedure. It provided an opportunity for me to view board information on a timely basis, at my convenience, and to add my feedback to the materials received. It also was very convenient for updating information prior to our board meetings.”

Some of the many benefits provided by Director Access include:
• A confidential, internal messaging system for board members
• A secure central repository for all current and archived board documents
• E-mail notifications and alerts with single click access to updated materials
• Best of breed, two-factor authentication system to ensure secure, controlled access to information
• The ability to comment on and track the access and routing of information
• Distribution and archival of board minutes, loan packages and business plans for review and approval of board members
• Updated calendar with listings of upcoming meetings and events
• Centralized address book/ contacts listings
