FSI TO PROVIDE BROWSER ACCESS TO MAINFRAME BANKING APPLICATIONS |
| GLEN ROCK, N.J. and DALLAS, TX, October 2, 2003 -- DALLAS, TX – illustro Systems International, LLC (ISI) today announced that Glen Rock, New Jersey-based Financial Services, Inc. (FSI) has chosen illustro’s z/Web-Host software to enable selected mainframe applications for access through any standard Web Browser. Financial Services is a leading provider of quality data processing, item processing and Internet services to financial institutions. FSI will use z/Web -Host to transform their mainframe based applications for their Thrift customers, adding state-of-the-art access and navigation to their robust financial solutions. FSI personnel have created new interfaces that leverage z/Web -Host’s capabilities including retooling the behavior and navigation into a web application that will reduce their customer’s need for training. “illustro’s z/Web-Host allowed us to easily transform the interface of our mainframe-based Thrift banking applications into a robust web interface ,” said John Breur, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Technology. |
