ROSLYN SAVINGS COMMITS TO MULTI-YEAR IP CONTRACT WITH FSI |
| GLEN ROCK, N.J., October 29, 2003 -- Financial Services, Inc. (FSI), a leading provider of outsourcing solutions for financial institutions, announced today that The Roslyn Savings Bank has committed to a multi-year agreement for Item Processing services. Roslyn, a Long Island based, 37 branch $10.8 billion bank, chose FSI after a thorough evaluation of multiple outsourcing options. The conversion from its current servicer to FSI will take place in the fourth quarter of this year. Daniel L. Murphy, Executive Vice President, Retail Banking at the bank stated, “It became apparent to the bank that FSI has distinguished itself from other service providers in the area of Check Imaging Technology.
