FSI PARTNERS WITH WEST COAST DATA CENTER |
| GLEN ROCK, N.J., November 17, 2003 -- Financial Services, Inc. (FSI), a leading provider of outsourcing solutions for financial institutions, announced today it has acquired the data processing division of Financial Data Solutions, Inc. (FDSI) of Murrieta, California. FDSI wlll retain its image items processing, remittance processing, and Internet businesses. Patrick J.
