FSI INTRODUCES FILE TRANSFER WIZARD

“The FSI File Transfer Wizard needs no special software or hardware,” said Rob Sassos, Vice President of FSI Client Services. “It uses any Web browser as its interface. This new facility, developed by the FSI Webs Division of FSI, not only provides easy file transfers, it improves on existing FTP methods.”

Sassos cited the Wizard’s features:
- The uploading process can be tracked with a graphical progress bar.
- Downloading is as simple as clicking on the link.
- Online status reports show a rolling seven-day history of files that have been uploaded, processed and downloaded. Uploads are marked with color indicators (Green = Processed, Red = Received by FSI, Yellow = received, not processed and not on server any longer). Downloaded files are marked “D.” All line items include the date, time, filename, user, file totals (uploads only) and the current live status.
- All system accesses and denials of access for every page and function in the system are tracked and reported. A “suspects” report gives totals by user of access denials over a 30-day rolling period.
- Client security officers have full control of user security and privileges through an administrative interface.
