FSI CLIENTS SIGN LONG-TERM CONTRACTS

Both Kearny Federal Savings Bank and GSL Savings Bank renewed contracts for FSI’s BankNet System. Kearny FSB, of Kearny, NJ, with over $1.9 billion in assets, has been an FSI client since 1966. GSL Savings, of Guttenberg, NJ, has been a client since 1990.

FSI also announced a new client, Berkshire Bank of Wyomissing, PA. Berkshire Bank is a denovo bank and utilizes the Kirchman Bankway system.
On March 27, 2004, FSI broadened its client-base in California with the addition of two banks: Landmark National Bank and Ramona National Bank. Both banks will be utilizing the Kirchman Bankway system for their data processing solution. Landmark National Bank, with current assets over $38M, was established in the year 2002 and is headquartered in Solona Beach and has one branch office located in LaJolla. Ramona National Bank, with current assets over $26M, was established in the year 2001 and is headquartered in Ramona.
