FSI TO RELEASE PC GENERAL LEDGER UPDATE

ENHANCEMENTS:
Account Transfers have been modified to allow an existing account to be renumbered, with the change carrying through to the account’s history.
The Maintenance/Account Transfer/Relocate feature has been expanded in use to permit changes to satisfy any need, such as chart of accounts restructuring, accommodating regulatory changes, and even reclassifying accounts after a stock conversion.

Statement of Operation detail and summary reports have been modified to supply the quarter-to-date balance information.

The budgeting feature has been modified to include a Budget Trend Report that supplies 12 months of trend information, net change to budget, and variance data to assist in your budget reporting.

All reports now have the bank number and bank name printed on the page heading.

The hierarchical report feature has undergone many user-requested changes

Changed name to Report Writer from Hierarchical Report Writer
Added a ‘copy to clip board’ feature in the column headings setup (create or modify) was added
Added new customized trend reports that supply net change and averages for a 12-month period

Bank Level Changes
Added a Trend Report by user tag
Added a Trend Averages Report by user tag
Added a find feature to the report writer

Global Level Changes
Added a ‘select all’ feature when using all banks in report creation
Added ‘find’ & ‘remove’ by account number(s) or account name(s) to the report writer
Added a new 10Q report

In the background, technical improvements have been made and users will see a speed-up in document processing.

UPDATES
A date check was added to AutoPost Import/End of Day processing to prevent the system from accidentally attempting to re-download the same day’s work twice.

The Transaction Documents by Effective Date Report, a secondary reports feature, was supplying incorrect totals and has been fixed.

Activity This Bank Year, Last Bank Year, and Variance and Calendar Year Activity to Date Selected (OTS/FDIC) supplied incorrect totals and has been fixed.
