FSI, KIRCHMAN SPONSOR SEMINAR |
| GLEN ROCK, N.J., November 18, 2005 -- On November 16, 2005, Kirchman Corporation joined FSI for an on-site, Regional Awareness Seminar for its Kirchman users as well as other Kirchman banks in the region. More than 40 bankers attended the event to learn more about Kirchman’s products and services, and to have the opportunity to share and exchange ideas with their peers regarding the many challenges facing the banking industry. The day started with an introduction of the new Kirchman Headquarters, followed by an overview of the fall release (8.12.000). Peter Conners, Product Manager for Kirchman, then conducted a live demonstration of new features such as Positive Pay, Access to Information(A2i), and also allowed the bankers who attended to preview the forthcoming browser functions. A peer group-based network exchange later allowed attendees to discuss the challenges they face and to share solutions and success stories. The day ended with a presentation of the compliance features that were released in 2005, followed by an open forum discussion where the bankers were given an opportunity to provide input regarding the future roadmap of Kirchman’s software and services. The bankers were surveyed as to whether this type of “awareness” forum is effective and should be continued. The response was very positive. Well worth the time invested.
